As the Hebrew year draws to a close, Jews are called to take stock of how they have and haven't embodied their values in the previous year and re-commit to their deepest aspirations for how they want to live, but we all need opportunities to reflect and renew. As we age into middle and late adulthood, self-reflection can mean peeling back layers of cultural ageism to reveal the gold of our authentic needs, desires, and capabilities in what can be our most vital and fulfilling chapters of life. Jewish or not, if you would like to bring more joy and meaning to these years of your life, it starts with knowing who you are and what matters for right now, and that takes something deeper than logical analysis. Please join us for Creative Awakening, a workshop involving a simple, expressive arts project, (no skill or experience needed!), and discussion drawing on Jewish wisdom to help clarify your values around aging for your life in community with like-minded peers.

Location: Home Collective Wellness Center 6101 W. 38th Ave., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033, Lotus Room (up 1 flight of stairs)

Time: 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Cost: $60 Who: Adults over 50. All faiths and backgrounds welcome!
